Main applications: as check valves for slurry pump priming systems, as floats inside vents for aqueduct piping, as floats for air intake closure for tank filling, as floats for sanitary vessels of milking plants, as floats for overflow valves.

Production:
Molding of rubber balls is done by compression presses using innovative integral vacuum technology.
After molding, our rubber balls are finished with an accurate, high-speed grinding process by robotic grinding.
The grinding process eliminates burrs and seam line, resulting in a smooth and uniform surface. In addition, the grinding process provides accurate dimensions to the ball, which is necessary to achieve an effective seal.

Our balls made of polyurethane rubber offer high tensile strength and tear resistance ideal for applications on gears, gear wheels and applications requiring high resistance to pure aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Natural rubber or SBR rubber balls are mainly used for cleaning vibrating screens, as these two types of compounds are very elastic and abrasion resistant.
We recommend nitrile rubber balls for resistance to 'oil abrasion and temperatures up to 125°C (in oil).
For applications with exposure to weathering, we recommend our EPDM rubber balls.
Silicone rubber balls can provide high elasticity and heat resistance; in fact, they have a very wide range of use in terms of the temperatures to which they can be subjected (-60° to +180°). They resist exposure to ozone and weathering very well. Nne can be ground.
Typical uses of ground rubber balls:
Tedeschi Rubber solid rubber balls are used as foot valves for vacuum assisted pump depressors on Wellpoint systems (construction pumps), as valves for watering devices, as shock absorbers for truck reverse bumpers, and as seal valves for submersible pumps.
Tedeschi Gomma's nylon-core rubber balls are used as check valves for slurry pump priming systems, as floats inside vents for aqueduct piping, as floats for air intake closure for tank filling, as floats for sanitary vessels of milking plants, and as floats for overflow valves.
Rubber balls with steel cores are used as valves for oenological piston pumps.

Our spheres are 100% made in Italy, produced at our factory at Via Dante Alighieri, 42/44 in Cadelbosco di Sopra (RE).
No, they do not have the equatorial line (seam line) as they are all ground by robotic grinding.
Dimensional tolerances meet the ISO 3302-1 M3 standard.
At the customer's specific request, for applications other than those mentioned above, the balls can also be supplied unground (in which case they feature the seam line).
With NBR compounds, our nylon-core rubber balls withstand pressure of 20 bar while steel-core rubber balls withstand up to 10 bar.
