March 2022 : the new liquid nitrogen deburring tumbler has finally arrived!
The new tumbler is a machine that requires little operator intervention, as it is automated in both loading the items to be deburred and retrieving the steel balls used during deburring.
The new tumbler meets the requirements of Industry 4.0 :
therefore has a PLC section entirely dedicated to company traceability and is connected to our quality control program so that the processing carried out by the operator can be tracked in real time.
It is equipped with an internet connection for remote assistance.
This new machinery allows us to continue our business digitization project.
